Teams in Sales & Marketing usually interact with Nemak Customers, Engineering teams, Finance, Purchasing, External Agencies, and other Nemak strategy stakeholders.

As part of the Human Resources team, you will contribute on building an agile, engaging and empowered organization that actively supports business strategy, by managing organizational design; attracting, developing and retaining the right talent, supported by inspiring leadership driving towards our desired culture.

Teams in Human Resources usually interact with Nemak Employees and their Leaders, Work-council, universities, among others.

As part of the Finance team, you will contribute on leading Finance and Accounting for optimal business performance through long-term financial strategies, generating business continuous improvement, sustainability and profitability.

Teams in Finance usually interact with Nemak Manufacturing / Operations, auditors, banks, Nemak investors, among others.

As part of the Business Development team, you will contribute on facilitating and developing long-term business strategy, performing strategic assessments and business intelligence analysis in relation to Mergers & Acquisitions, business growth opportunities, forecasts and optimal footprint.

Teams in Business Development usually interact with Nemak potential customers, finance, sales, outside vendors, and other Nemak relevant stakeholders.

As part of the Purchasing team, you will contribute on ensuring business evolution and competitive advantage through purchasing value creation supported by a financial & operational perspective for supplier strategies and process management.

Teams in Purchasing usually interact with Nemak Suppliers, Finance, Product Development teams, Plant Managers, and other Purchasing stakeholders.

As part of the IT team, you will contribute on defining long-term technological strategies in the IT framework for business performance, evolution and continuous growth, also ensuring tech systems & procedures lead to outcomes in line with business goals and needs.

Teams in IT usually interact with business leaders, end IT users, IT solutions vendors, auditors, among others.

As part of the Sustainability team, you will contribute on ensuring a long-term business value stream focused on environmental / climate innovation, people / communities well-being and business ethics / integrity within its overall organizational value chain and dimensions.

Teams in Sustainability usually interact with Manufacturing / Operations teams, Sustainability regulatory institutions and vendors, Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, among other relevant Sustainability stakeholders.

As part of the HSE team, you will contribute on sponsoring a safe, healthy and environmental conscious workplace through global HSE standards with proper practices within our operations and overall organizational culture, having a high-level commitment with our communities and complying with all legal requirements.
